Ruins of Lisbon’s Roman Theatre
Visitors can see the uncovered section of the “orchestra”, the beginning of the “cavea” seats and part of the “proscaenium” arch. According to an inscription described by writers in the 18th century, the theatre was rebuilt, during the reign of Nero.
