The museum has a collection of natural history (particularly interesting are the sections devoted to the study of fish, mammals, birds, molluscs and fossils), nautical and underwater archaeology, ethnography (including collections of traditional costumes, fishing skills and other aspects related to this activity) and also seafaring and navigation, with a number of artefacts linked to naval technology and models and replicas of boats.
